Your dog will stay with us for three nights and four full days as he partakes in our extensive training boot camp! Your dog will go through one-on-one training with our trainer, Cristy. We will also be working on their socialization skills with other dogs in our Day Camp.
You will bring your dog back for a follow up day of training and socialization one week after their 4 day stay with us.
Two Private Lessons: (1.5 – 2 hours each)
You will receive a private lesson with our trainer when you come pick up your pup! One after their 4 day stay and one after the Follow Up day. This will help transfer all the skills you need to keep a successful training experience at home.

Your dog will go through a vigorous boot camp with us getting private training, behavior work and socialization. After getting your feedback, we will focus on specific problem areas your dog portrays at home.
You will have two private lessons, one after the 7 days and one after the Follow Up day when you come pick up your dog. We will go over training exercises and transfer all the skills you need to keep a successful training experience at home.
You will bring your dog back for a follow up day of training and socialization one week after their 7 day stay with us.

Seven Day Program: Two Private Lessons: (1.5 – 2 hours each) Follow Up Day: (usually 1-2 weeks later). You will drop your dog off in the morning and pick him up in the evening.
Having trouble house breaking your puppy? Not getting enough sleep through the night? Tired of cleaning your carpets, having your things chewed up, and coming home to a mess? Let us do the dirty work and get your Tinkle Monster on the right track!
This is a 7-day boarding program focusing on house training, crate training, scheduled feeding, creating a daily routine for potty breaks, and basic behavior, including creating a calm and focused puppy and leash work. Your tinkle monster will be living with one of our trainers and getting 100% attention 24/7 to help kick start a lifetime of good behavior. On day seven, will sit down to explain everything your puppy learned, what you will have to incorporate in your day-to-day schedule, and we will work with you and your puppy together. The hands-on work with you and your puppy will be about 2 hours long. After about a week or two you will drop your puppy off in the morning for their follow up. You will then pick him up that evening and we will go over new activities, challenges, and changes that will be added to their schedule.
We’ll review everything your dog has learned throughout their week and help you understand the training. We’ll guide you through different exercises to work on during the week at home. This will help transfer all the skills you need to keep a successful training experience. The lessons will be held on day seven before your dog goes back home and on Follow Up day. All training tools and materials will be provided.

Each training lesson is one week apart and you’ll receive one private lesson at the end of each day. Your dog will come to school and learn proper leash and social manners, have one-on-one training as well as socialization amongst our Day Camp dogs.
We will review everything your dog has learned throughout the day and help you understand the training. We will guide you through different exercises to work on during the week at home.

Four Day Program: Program: Two Private Lessons: (2 hours each)
This training program includes four full days of training over a two-week period. You will drop your dog off each morning and pick them up each evening.
On day one and day three we will spend just a few minutes with you to go over what was worked on throughout the day. On day two and day four you will have a private lesson with our trainer. Each day your dog will get one-on-one training as well as socialization work with other dogs.
You will receive a private lesson with our trainer when you come pick up your pup on days 2 and 4. Our trainer will sit down with you to explain everything your dog learned, what you will have to incorporate in your day-to-day schedule, and work with you and your dog together. The hands-on work with your dog at the end of these two days will be about 2 hours. This program includes any training tools needed and handouts to help keep you on track at home.

Group Classes
Our group classes are only available for those who have gone through one of our training programs. These classes build on the training from our programs. We have classes that focus specifically on obedience and leash work. Obedience Class: (not available) During these six weeks, each week will build on each other as we will expand on your dog’s skills. We will work on recall, listening, and growing your relationship so you can better communicate and understand each other. Our trainer, Cristy, will give you all the tools you need. Consistently working with your dog at home is key to implementing all that you learn together during this course. Inquire when we are holding our next Obedience Group Class. Leashin’ La Vida Loca Dog training is a skill and an art form. As graduates of our program, it is important for you to keep practicing and improving your handling skills. It’s also a great way to challenge your dog in a controlled setting and practice leash skills in close proximity with other dogs. This class is Saturday mornings at 9:00 am. With the guidance of our trainer, you’ll be pros!
This is a group class that is held once a week for six weeks. In order to attend, your dog must have graduated from one of our Training Programs. We have two options, Obedience 101 (beginners) and Obedience 202 (advanced).

Pet Requirements
Registration
You must be registered in our system before requesting a reservation. To register please visit our Sign Up (option under Contact Us) option and click New Customer. Make sure to upload, email, or text your pet’s vaccines. Call us at 915.491.8004 to schedule your training.
Proof of vaccination
Once registered, you will need to upload, email, or text your dog’s vaccination records.
The vaccines required are: DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies.
We only require age appropriate vaccines for puppies 4 months and under.
